Pineapple Pachadi

  • 1 pineapple - 500g
  • 2 Green chilli -2
  • 3 Baby onion (shallot) - 5 slice
  • 4 Coconut -1 cup
  • 5 Cumin -half teaspoon
  • 6 Fenugreek seeds - half teaspoon
  • 7 red chilli -2
  • 8 curry leaves -5/8
  • 9 coconut oil -2 teaspoon

    Preparation

  • Chopped pineapple and green chilli
  • Half cup water Together boiling for 15 minutes
  • Add no- 4 item inside keep 10 more minutes
  • After flame off keep 10 minutes for heat gon little
  • After grinder inside make like medium paste
  • On falme and keep another pan
  • Add oil inside when oil heating add no 3,5,6,7,8
  • Items inside oil and mix 5 minutes
  • Baby onion little brown colour coming time
  • We keeping suparate before what we prepare painapple and coconut grinding that mix add inside..and mix well off flame
  • Serve after 10 minutes
